Unit 24

We are a very active unit with 288 members. We host several fund raisers during the year to support our charities.  In November, we have the annual "Turkey Feather Pull", in December our annual Basket of Cheer, January is the Sock Hop, 50/50 drawings every Monday evening from 5 to 7:30 p.m. and Thursday evening from 5 to 7:30 p.m., and of course Bingo is held every Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. 

We participate in many programs at the Post.  Some of those activities are  POW program, Veteran's Day program, Law Enforcement Appreciation program, and decorating the lounge and hall.

Our committees as well as working within our community, also host fund raisers for the various charities they would like to give additional funds or possibly a charity that they have discovered during the year.  Some of these include selling paper hearts during the month of February to decorate the Foxhole Lounge to having a baby shower for new moms from Bay Pine Hospital. 

Our members also volunteer for a breakfast we host with the Honor Guard the second Sunday of each month during season.
